Welcome to Nashville Business Booster. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

Nashville Business Booster provides cooperative, shared-cost direct mail marketing services (9x12 postcards) for local businesses. We guarantee exclusivity of one business per industry category per mailer once a spot is secured and paid for.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in via our contact forms or direct agreement, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Nashville Business Booster regarding your account, inquiries, and service updates.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number you received the message from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at nashvillebusinessbooster@gmail.com or (615) 306-6050.

  • Rates: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

3. Payment and Refunds

Due to the nature of custom print and direct mail, all sales are final once a spot on a mailer is reserved and the design process has begun.

4. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
